The MedRAS Lean Audits Program is all about achieving more quality management, with less expenditure on quality management resource. The MedRAS lean audit methodology uses specially designed auditing tools and templates to ensure effective internal, and external audits can be conducted by your people, with minimal paperwork and bureaucracy. We call these tools and techniques the Lean Audit Program inventory, or LAP inventory, for short. Completing the lean audit Program and adopting the LAP inventory should result in:
